INDU ENGINEERING WORKS

DEDICATION, DEPENDABLE, AND EXCELLENCE

QUALITY

Inspection

IEW has latest machinery to ensure best quality manufactured product. This helps reduce the inspection time for our experienced engineers. We provide continuing inspection training to our engineers at IEW, as it ensures that the level of quality will be at its highest at any given time. Quality is the most important part of the mission at IEW. At IEW leader and engineers are used to working with multiple levels of outside inspectors, from client, third party, licensor, engineering, and others as needed. Therefore, IEW can stop at any point along the way to ensure client satisfaction and appropriate checkpoints are in place and followed. This approach greatly reduces any risk of schedule mishaps or capital loss due to time or process changes.

Testing

IEW offers a variety of testing necessary to ensure product quality authenticity as well as testing procedures that may be specifically needed for a certain job, or as required by a customer. Customers can be assured that all parts and materials for a job are of a high quality.

Planning

Proper upfront planning is essential to ensure that the quality process throughout the fabrication of the product, to the completion of the project, are all executed properly. Detailed knowledge and experience of the entire process is what makes IEW Quality personnel tuned to the needs of any type of project and able to assist upfront in planning, throughout the life of the job, and onto final completion and inspection. One such way that IEW assists its clients through upfront planning is with an ITP (Inspection Test Plan) document, in essence a roadmap for every project, which shows how to inspect, test and check all details within a project.
